1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect on this website

The site collects only what you type into a form. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party marketing pixels and no behavioural profiling scripts installed on these pages.

• Hiring brief form: your name, work email address, phone number, company name, the role you need to fill, the salary band you have in mind (optional, but it lets us answer with a realistic range) and any notes you add.
• Job application form: your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, an attached CV file and any message you write.
• Technical data: your browser type and the pages you open are processed by the hosting provider in order to deliver the site and keep it running. We do not use that data for marketing.
• Local storage: preference values stored inside your own browser — the record of whether you accepted or declined the cookie banner, plus interface settings such as the mobile navigation state, the open accordion panels, the team carousel and the expanded service tiles. 3. Why we use it

Each item has one purpose. A hiring brief lets HICONSTRUCT LTD reply with a feasibility view, a timeline and a price. An application lets us consider you for a role and, if we hire you, prepare a contract and payroll onboarding. The stored banner preference exists so that we do not ask you the same question on every page.

We do not sell contact details, we do not build marketing lists from the forms, and we do not pass your details to advertisers. We share information with service providers only where a provider is technically required to deliver a service you have asked for — for example the mail server that carries your message to our inbox, the hosting infrastructure that serves the pages, and a file storage provider that hosts an uploaded CV. Each of those providers processes the data on our instructions.

4. How long we keep it

• Hiring briefs that do not turn into a contract are deleted within twelve months of the last conversation.
• Applications for roles we do not progress are deleted within six months, unless you ask us to keep them for future openings.
• Applications for a role you are hired into are transferred into our personnel records and kept for the period required by US employment and tax rules.
• Screening results that we hold on behalf of a client are governed by the agreement with that client and are returned or deleted on the schedule written into it.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw a job application at any time, and you can clear the stored banner preference at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Requests are handled within thirty days. Write to bilawixu97@gmail.com with the subject line "Data request" and HICONSTRUCT LTD will deal with it directly.

6. Security

Forms are submitted over an encrypted connection, access to shared drives is limited to the people who need it for a live search, and uploaded CV files are stored in a restricted folder that is reviewed and cleared on a schedule. No system is perfect, and if a breach affecting your data occurs, HICONSTRUCT LTD will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay and describe the steps taken.

7. Children

This site and our services are intended for employers and job seekers aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and if a child's information reaches us, we delete it as soon as we become aware of it.

8. Changes to this policy

We revise this policy when our forms or our service providers change. The current version is always published on this page, and the revision date is shown above the heading. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
