Friday status
Five numbers, no prose: candidates in the funnel, interviews booked, offers out, offers accepted, and the one thing we need from you next week. If a step is stuck, the status says so and names the person holding it.
Five steps, one named recruiter, and a Friday status that does not change format. This page is the version we send to every new client before the first requisition opens.
Brief — day 0 to 2
A 45-minute call with the hiring manager, a written one-page brief you approve, and a scorecard that defines what "good" means for this role. Nothing is searched before the brief is signed off — it is the hour that saves the rest of the engagement.
Search — day 1 to 5
Three channels in parallel: our existing bench, partner networks across the United States, and direct outreach to named candidates. We call 30 to 50 people per role so that three strong profiles exist, not one lucky one. First shortlist lands on day three.
Assessment — day 4 to 10
Structured interviews with a written scorecard, a role-specific assignment for technical positions, and reference calls where we ask the same questions we ask you. You receive the scorecard and the assignment feedback, not just a yes or no.
Offer — day 10 to 14
We benchmark the package against the US market for that title and city, model what a competing offer would look like, and prepare the closing documents. You see the numbers before the candidate does, which protects the relationship on both sides.
Onboarding — day 15 to day 90
Week-one setup, a day-thirty conversation with the new hire, and a day-ninety joint review. If the fit breaks inside the ninety-day window, the replacement search repeats at no additional fee. This is where most agencies go quiet. We do not.

One recruiter
The same person handles sourcing, screening and coordination for your account. No tiered handover, no new voice every week, and no question repeated twice because nobody wrote anything down.
90-day window
Every permanent placement from HICONSTRUCT LTD carries a ninety-day replacement window. If the hire leaves inside that period for reasons connected to the role, we repeat the search at no additional fee.
Timelines are estimates, not promises, and we publish them anyway. Here is a realistic calendar for a standard technical role run by HICONSTRUCT LTD.
Call with the hiring manager, one-page brief drafted, interview stages agreed. You approve both by end of day two.
Three qualified candidates with full history, salary expectations and notice periods. Not ten, not one — three readable options.
Your team has interviewed the shortlist and scored them on the agreed scorecard. Feedback is due within 48 hours of each session, the same written deadline that applies to every submitted profile.
Benchmarked package, reference checks cleared, screening complete, closing documents prepared for your legal team.
Accepted offer, notice period negotiated, start date confirmed and the week-one onboarding plan shared between us and your team. Onboarding follow-up runs from day 15.
// Week one, day two — the plan we agreed before day one
Every candidate who speaks with HICONSTRUCT LTD about a role we run for a client gets a decision within two working days, with a reason if it is a no. If you are in the middle of a process, you can ask for the honest version — including whether the salary band is realistic — and we will tell you.
We schedule interviews around your existing meetings, send a reminder 24 hours ahead with the candidate's CV and the scorecard attached, and chase feedback on day two. In our clients' words: the quiet admin work simply stops landing on the manager's desk.
Send the requisition and we will send back a calendar for that specific role, not a generic pitch. HICONSTRUCT LTD replies with the plan and the price.
